Help! Recording

I have Fraps to record my stuff, but it makes the game run SOO slow,
i allready lowered the FPS to '8', but still, no difference.

So, is there any Gamecam that runs without making the game run slow?
Or maybe i'm doing something wrong? please tell me.

resolution to low

Same happens with me i cant record because of that

Open Thps3 Setup/Options and then do your Resolution on Low 640x480

Open Defmode and press Play in Window then open Fraps and do your Video. After Game lag not too much.

make a lan server and a other player can record for you
